7 nights at McDonald Observatory, using the 2.1 and 2.7 meter telescopes, (+LCS spectrograph and WHT camera), 1997-1998 fall trimesters; 3 nights at Mount Wilson Observatory, using the Adaptive Optics System on the Hooker 100 inch, 1998; 29 nights at Kitt Peak National Observatory, using the 0.9, 2.1 and 4.0 meter Telescopes (+CCD imager and RC spectrograph), 1993-1998; 59 nights at Cerro Tololo Interamerican Observatory, using the 0.9, 1.5, and 4.0 meter Telescopes (+CCD imagers and RC spectrographs), 1993-1997 spring semesters; 21 nights using the Isaac Newton Group telescopes on the Spanish Observatorio del Roque de los Muchachos of the Instituto de Astrofisica de Canarias, using the 1.0, 2.5, and 4.2 meter telescopes (+CCD imagers and RC spectrographs), 2000-2001; 7 nights at ESO's La Silla Observatory, using SUSI2 and EMMI, 2000, 2001; 8 half nights at ESO's Paranal Observatory, using the FORS1 on the VLT UT1, 2000, 2001.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Experience using optical spectrographs and CCD imagers on large telescopes at major observatories; knowledge of programming in FORTRAN, BASIC, and IDL; data reduction using IRAF.
